Where you can be
Because the notarial session happens online, you do not need to be in Texas — or even in the United States. Under Texas law, the online notary must be physically located in Texas during the session, but the signer may be located anywhere in the world, provided the document is eligible for online notarization and meets the applicable legal requirements.

How a remote session works.

Book online or call/text, and share your document through the secure platform. Never include sensitive details in the appointment request form.

Verify your identity
Complete the platform's identity verification and credential analysis using an acceptable government-issued photo ID.
Step 3
Meet the notary on live video
Connect by live two-way audio-video. The notary confirms your identity, willingness, and awareness, then witnesses your electronic signature.
Step 4
Receive your notarized document
Your document is completed with the notary's electronic signature and tamper-evident digital seal, ready to send to the receiving party.
