Witnesses
Some documents require witnesses in addition to the notary. Here is how witness arrangements work at your appointment.
You are welcome to bring your own adult witnesses at no additional cost.
Requirements: witnesses must be over 18, of sound mind, have valid photo ID, and be disinterested — meaning they are not named in the document, are not benefiting financially, and are not direct family members or beneficiaries.
If you are unable to provide witnesses, please inform us when booking. We can coordinate independent witnesses to attend your appointment for an additional fee per witness.

Service pricing
Notarial and signing-service fees are listed separately from mobile travel, after-hours, printing, and other service fees.
Appointments must be made 6+ hours in advance. Requests made within 5 hours or less are subject to the same-day/rush fee.

If the signing requires witnesses, clients must provide 2 disinterested witnesses or we can coordinate them for $25 per witness with advance notice, subject to availability.
Non-Refundable Print Deposit: Once documents are printed, the per-page printing fee is non-refundable—even if the client cancels or reschedules—because physical ink and paper have already been used.
Notice / Cut-off Window: Documents must be uploaded at least 2 to 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, or 24 hours before large packet reviews, to allow time for formatting, pre-tagging, and test printing.
No Unrequested Editing: Documents are printed strictly as uploaded by the client. The notary cannot draft, rewrite, or alter document text before or during printing.
Facility Signing Deposit: Jail, nursing-home, and hospital signings require a deposit equal to half of the applicable fee. This reserves the appointment and applies if circumstances at the facility prevent the signing from taking place.
